In that regard, it's kind of like JSawyer 'Ultimate Edition', which is one guy's custom overhaul of New Vegas, hitchhiking on an abandoned patch by Josh Sawyer to lend it some undeserved legitimacy. It has some commonplace good advice, mixed with what can only be described as one individual's personal vision of what New Vegas should be. After looking the thing over, I'm left mostly shaking my head.
